In typical June fashion, it was a sunny/rainy/cloudy/stormy day all at once. But I was on a mission for an adventure. Rain wasn’t going to keep me inside.
We took off for Lake Serene, hitting the trail with only a trickle from above after leaving the packed parking lot. The weather soon turned to a downpour, but once we were soaked, it didn’t even matter. We splashed through streams, trekked up the millions of stairs and rocked hopped our way to the lake. A fun adventure indeed.
